I made an order to the wrong address. I tried to cancel the order and as I was unable to do that made multiple attempts to contact Stanley customer service. I heard nothing back and my order was delivered to the wrong address who returned it to the sender. My order is now back with Stanley and I have not heard from them. I have sent multiple emails, filled in numerous forms on the website and tried to contact by Instagram. The only message I have received back is to say my issue has been resolved. But it has not. This issue has been ongoing for over 2 weeks and I’ve not had any contact from Stanley. Terrible customer service
