After purchasing 2 overly-expensive ONE HANDED thermal mugs, they were recalled because of defective lids. OK, things happen. No big deal, BUT, their solution was to send out lids that require two hands to open, which totally defeats the the purpose of a one-handed mug.
I won't be buying any more of their over-priced products.

They do not stand by their products. I have a cup that is peeling. They claim it’s normal wear and tear, yet I have had Yeti’s for much longer and they are still in pristine condition.

When I ordered my Stanley Water bottle

When I ordered my Stanley Water bottle, I was extremely surprised by the fast response times, and the good quality of the bottle. I then immediately poured a Dr. Pepper in my Stanley, and then went to do the dishes. when I came back to my room, I found my dog dead on my carpet, multiple piece of pastel colored shrapnel lodged into his chest. I am scarred for life. My poor chihuahua.

Save yourself the headache and do not buy from these incompetent scumbags. I ordered an cup from them and one day later I get an email saying its delayed since they don't have stock. They then charged my card despite not shipping anything out. They give me a bogus tracking number knowing the cup is still backordered. I contacted their customer service asking to cancel my order and get my refund. After a week of waiting no response from customer service. I contact them again threatening to chargeback for fraud and they responded within a day. Instead of providing a refund, the tell me my order has already been delivered to me despite me providing them with the tracking number on the order page showing it hasn't even been received by the shipping company yet. How the hell is it delivered to me then, morons. I called my credit card company asking for a chargeback and lo and behold, hours later they fast track my order to UPS and it finally shows in the shippers hand. This company is run by dumbasses. Stop giving these cockroaches your business.

Customer Service - Terrible

Customer service for website Stanley Canada orders is terrible. I wanted to cancel an order right after placing it because my son already placed the order for his bottles earlier in the day. Therefore, my order was a duplicate. They refuse to cancel my order, but instead prefer to spend money to ship and for me to return the order, instead of simply canceling the order. What terrible customer service and financial decision!

Worst Tumbler I’ve ever owned.

This is quite literally the worst tumbler I’ve ever owned. I stayed off of the Stanley trend for a while. Went with lesser known brands at the time like Simple Modern or tumblers I’d get at TJ maxx for a fraction of the price of a Stanley. With those, I never had any leaks, I would always have plenty of ice left the very next day, my water was always nice and cold. And when I say no leaks, I mean, I dropped these cups more times than I can count and maybe one literal drop of water would spill out. My last tumbler finally died on me, the handle gave up and broke off. I had had it for a decent amount of time. So I decide to shop around and look for a new one. I toggle between going back to simple modern, changing to Stanley, or going to some other brands. Through extensive research and the fact that Stanley had some really neat tumbler designs, I bite the bullet and purchase. From day ONE, this tumbler leaked everywhere. I tried adjusting the lid, tightening, everything. Still leaked at the very slightest tilt of the cup. Just now, I went on a walk with my cup pretty much fully upright the entire time, and it still leaked everywhere. There were times I would place it on the couch next to me and at the most minimal lean, it soaked the entire cushion. I even looked up online to see if maybe I was drinking it incorrectly, or had the lid on wrong. Nope. It just plain sucks. I can’t believe I paid the money I paid for such a horrible product. Never again.

The absolute WORST customer service…

The absolute WORST customer service ever! I have been trying to place an order for five days. My order approves and then cancels. I have been speaking with customer service over the phone and online for days. This is the definition of INSANITY!

I ordered a tumbler in the beginning on…

I ordered a tumbler in the beginning on January. I inquired twice about the tracking as it said it was being held in Canada. Finally got a response second week of February that I would get a refund in 7-14 day due to no stock. No apology and no effort in customer service. Super disappointed. I won’t purchase from them again nor recommend.

Horrible customer service

Item sent to wrong address. I was finally able to talk to someone after several hours and attempts calling customer service. They refused to help stating they sent the item and it doesn't matter it was mailed to the wrong address. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. HORRIBLE customer service. If this issue is not resolved, I will never order or buy another Stanley product and I will tell family and friends to do the same.
