Ordered 3 products on Dec 1. Finally chatted with someone and got a tracking number. Kept checking the tracking and it just sat there, never picked up by UPS. Chatted again only for the customer support to lie and say the courier picked it up and they have no idea where it is. Going back into tracking, the courier NEVER picked it up. Finally on Dec 17 th, they produce a refund because products are out of stock. Hhmm...were they out of stock or lost, not sure. Beware!!
