On 11/22/24 I ordered 8 customized Stanley products for my children’s teachers. They guaranteed holiday delivery within 13-15 business days and my order was confirmed. Just now on 12/12/24 I received an email canceling my order due to their engraving service being down with an apology promo code of 35% off. Their website is offering a holiday sale with 25% off. I am so upset-my children and I spent so much time on their website customizing these special gifts and a business such as Stanley should NOT be offering customization if they can not keep up with the orders. Will never buy a Stanley again and will be telling all friends and family about our experience.
