Sent an item back for a refund in early July and received an email on the 22/7 to say it was being processed and would take up to 10 days. Finally received my refund almost 2 months later on 12/9 after many messages back and fourth to their instagram page. I’d almost accepted at this point I would never see the money again. The responses from the customer service team via their website were useless but the only reason I’m giving a 2 star review instead of 1 star is based on the fact the customer service on their instagram page were fairly fast to respond and keep me updated.
