Absolutely shocking customer service! I ordered two Stanley flasks from the European Stanley store online but they were only delivered once I had left already for holiday out of the country. When I ordered the products, it was promised on the delivery note that the products would be delivered within 3 working days. They however were not The package was held for two weeks at a packet shop but because I was not able to collect the package, it was sent back to Stanley. I have not had any feedback regarding whether or not I can order the flasks again or receive a refund. I have tried to contact Stanley twice via the online contact portal. I received one response that said the query has been resolved. However, I’m not sure what’s was resolved. I have received no refund and no response as to what the resolution is. After reading through the other reviews on Trustpilot, I see the poor customer service has been experienced by hundreds of people! It’s shocking that such a well known and established company has no regard for its customers. I’m so disappointed.
