I’d give ZERO stars but it’s not an option. Purchased a Stanley cup for my daughter for Christmas and it arrived with a defective lid. Customer service was the worst I’ve experienced — repeated, robotic responses with no accountability or acknowledgement of the defect.After multiple emails, I was finally offered a return, but required to pay about $20 in shipping for a defective product. Stanley took no responsibility whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service!!!
