Ordered a custom Stanley as a Christmas gift for my sister. When I used Apple Pay to pay for it, it changed my address automatically removing my apartment number. After leaving 3 tickets on their website over the past 2/3 week, emailing multiple times and phoning ALL with no response AT ALL. This has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have been sent a confirmation of delivery along with a photo of it on a pallet in a warehouse and it has been marked as delivered… Don’t buy anything from these guys you have no way of contacting them apart from writing a ticket that they will not respond to…
