I ordered a customized Stanley bottle as a Christmas gift. Their checkout system automatically used my Apple Pay billing address for shipping without warning and without allowing edits.I tried to fix it immediately, but customer service was closed. When I finally reached them, I called multiple times asking to cancel or correct the order. No help was offered.I was told repeatedly that the issue would be escalated. No one ever contacted me.UPS confirmed the address could have been corrected, but Stanley refused to intervene.I am now paying out of pocket to reship a gift because of their platform flaw and lack of support.For a company that charges for customization, this level of customer service is unacceptable.
