I submitted a warranty claim on their website about a leaking cup and they returned an unacceptable and appalling response. What is so "advanced" about this cup if it's not even leak proof??? Even paper or plastic cups from a fast food restaurant covered with a simple lid, do not leak like the garbage expensive cups from your company. NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!!Here's their ridiculous email reply:Thank you for reaching out. Our Quencher products are not designed to be leak proof. The advanced FlowState lid features a rotating cover with three positions: a straw opening designed to resist splashes with a seal that holds the reusable straw in place, a drink opening, and a full-cover top.
