Forced to give one star (should be 0 stars). Their customer service is horrible. I returned a cup only because of the color. It was in original packaging, completely perfect condition. They received it a month ago on 1/17 (today is 2/17). After 3 phone calls my credit is still not processed and they told me today it will be another 3 weeks! Each person I have spoken to tells me that the previous customer service rep did not complete whatever steps are needed in order for me to get my credit. I will never buy directly from Stanley again. Horrible customer service!
