Worst customer service experience

Worst customer service experience. • First I tried to order from their site using a credit card promotion for cash back. At the very last step of that transaction, there was an error on their site and sent me to an error screen with no recourse. • Tried again. This time, I tried to enter the deliver address and move onto the next screen, and the website kept bouncing me back to the same delivery address screen, deleting the information I'd just entered. • Tried one more time because my daughter requested the item for her birthday, and I really wanted to get it for her. Got through the order process, entered credit card details, entered my different billing address (since I was sending the product directly to my grown daughter's home), and hit submit. To my surprise, after submitting the order, I see that the delivery address had been updated to my shipping address, several states away! So, this would mean I'd pay for it to be shipped to the wrong state only to have to then ship it myself to the right state. No way!!!• Given that it was their system error, I immediately reached out (by email and by their online form) to let them know what happened and asked for them to fix their system error. A day later I received a message telling me they can no longer change information once an order has been submitted. But...if I wanted to cancel the order and replace it, I could do that. Mind you, I'd told them in my email that if they could not fix the address that I wanted the order cancelled. AND not only did they not do that, but they provided me no link in their response email to send me to the screen in order to cancel (and of course, I couldn't find it anywhere on their website). AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience. I will NEVER shop this site again - and recommend you steer clear as well.
