I placed an order for a water tumbler on November 30th. They charged my VISA on December 1st. I still have not received the order. I’ve been placed on hold each time I’ve called, let complaints online, and have yet to receive any response, other than an email saying they received the complaint. Regardless if I receive this, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company is incompetent and operates fraudulently. I intend on getting a full refund.After many complaints via email, a customer representative contacted me. The next day, my order was delivered December 22. The shipping label had December 13th listed. So, the Stanley Cup was the correct color, in good shape, and delivered before Christmas. 👍 I contacted them to let them know it arrived. I DID NOT report them to the BBB.
