I placed an order May 29th was given a tracking number. I watched and waited. June 10 received notification that my item was delivered. When I checked the tracking, it was delivered to a California address. Contacted the company they told me to check with the post office. I had no idea what they were asking me to do since I had no information on what to tell them contacted the company again. They said they were going to look into it. They needed 3 to 5 business days after that still no communication I proceeded to write another email asking for a refund. I’ve not heard anything in response to that company is a scam hair taking everyone’s money at no repercussion . Do not order anything from this company. There is no contact information to even talk to someone in customer service. Not sure how this company is able to keep this ad on Facebook going it should be taken down immediately.
