I ordered a 40 oz. stainless steel tumbler on April 7, 2023 and received a "tracking" order. The tracking order said that it was in "customs" for about 1 month, and then when I checked in mid-May it said that the tumbler was delivered to Miami, FL. I live in PA (and have never lived in Florida). So we contacted the email address and was told to wait paitently for 3-5 business days to check the "warehouse" and never had a reply. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!
