The engineer who fitted our stairlift was very efficient, professional and completed the job in reasonable time. What small amount of mess that was created he cleaned up on completion. He demonstrated the machine clearly and ensured both my wife and I understood its operation.
I am very disappointed from how this company treats people, I did pay a full deposit few years ago and my dad passed away , so I called them they refused to refund me and offered to keep it there to use it in the future for my mom and I have the emails and when I called now they refused and said we don’t have anything for you !!!!! After I paid 5,600$ out of my pocket, not a trusted company I won’t use it again and don’t recommend it for anyone

At all times he was efficient, courteous and professional and completed the task in goodly time. He went above and beyond the given job by finding and rectifying safety issues associated with the electricity supply.
One of the best decisions I made to have this stair lift fitted about 2 years ago. Well made & tailored perfectly to my stairs which bend through 90 degrees for the last 5 steps to the landing. The seat turns round to be able to step out safely on the landing. 2 free services included in the price. The service engineers were friendly and efficient. From the initial visit onwards, the process has been easy and smooth.
Very neat fixture on curved staircase. The whole thing oozes quality, seat comfortable, and operation instructions easy and uncomplicated. Smoooth and quiet movement and you feel safe. A bit expensive but perhaps that’s the price of quality.
