EDIT: So I got an update on shipping. So that means I won't be getting a refund at all even though I asked before the order processed. They didn't respect my initial request for a refund. Given everyone's red flags I read on the site, I hope I do recieve what I ordered. My point about the unhelpful customer service still stands.Original: This site is hard to trust. I on a whim purchased an ARMY Bomb Map of the Soul Edition. Which really was my mistake because these lightsticks are a limited run and I didn't think too much of it because I was too excited to get one. But that's how they get you. The site has been having their "New Year's Sale" for a whole month almost after New Year's. The timer counting down from 8h 22mins on their site to the end of the sale resets every day that you click on the site. So it's never actually going down, nor is it real. Just another plot to give you a sense of urgency.And support has been the least bit helpful. THEY STALL to give you a refund and at this point I feel like I am not getting one. They take 2 days to respond to each email, and I've sent 6. And each response is the same copy paste response that doesn't go anywhere. Their last email where they finally acknowledged a refund after I've pressured them so much, they said "I am currently checking the status of your order with our team and will get back to you as soon as I have an update." It's not processing, or in the process of being shipped I know it won't. I'm not surprised if they just ghost me at this point, just don't make the same mistake I did; always check reviews on other sites and what others have to say. With the BTS comeback coming up, lots of opportunistic scammers take advantage of demand and impulse. Don't buy from Stansphere!
