Pretty sure this company is ran by robots. Waited a week for my item to be shipped, the minute I sent an enquiry about the item I immediately received an email saying my item was shipped. Jump to another week later, my item has not moved, I contact Evri who tell me the shop hasn't even sent my item. I contact StanSphere and they ask me if I requested an address change(?) - they never clarified why btw. Every email exchange with them was completely nonsensical, definitely ChatGPT. My item eventually showed up, battered and bruised, box was torn and basked. I asked them if I could have a link to review them, since they boast 500+ positive reviews on their website. No reply. No way to review them. So where did all those reviews come from?
