The customer service is non-existent and unreliable; you can never be sure if anyone will pick up the phone. When I dropped off my car, no one was there, just a note saying "please wait 20 mins" despite notifying them I was on my way as per the booking confirmation. How can parking be left unattended with so many keys and cars? It's unsafe and unprofessional. Pointing out damage to my car resulted in them saying, "I can't see anything." I will never use this place again.
