I had a horrible experience with this parking service. They lost my car key, leaving me stranded in the cold for nearly five hours with my young child until someone brought my spare key. The manager admitted their error and promised to reimburse my fuel costs, but despite multiple calls assuring me I'd get a refund, nothing happened. This company shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers. I plan to file a complaint as I have proof of the incident. The experience was unsafe and utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.
