Thank you so much to Ryan. I was travelling from Ireland , then Standstead airport to Hammersmith on Sunday the 5th of April, unfortunately tapping would not accept my AIB card? Ryan was so friendly and helpful. Lovely staff member. On my return, again, I met a lovely staff member, but unfortunately put me on the wrong transport even after double checking with him. But overall lovely friendly helpful staff. Thank you. I was so nervous travelling alone.
