I only give this review a single star as there is nothing less. On 04.10.25 I dropped my car off without issue. Upon my return on 08.10.25 I called from the pre-passport check area to confirm my return and order my car back to the Meet & Greet area where I left it. It took nearly an hour to get my car to me, leaving me standing in the chill on the pavement. I called three times and was told it was on its way before it finally arrived. I was handed the ticket to pay ten pounds exit fee and upon my return, found my car sitting in the road, engine running, drivers door fully open on the traffic side and the Meet&Greet driver nowhere to be seen. I called to complain and their staff presumably recognized the number and opted to let it ring out rather than speak with me. I left subsequent phone messages and emailed my complaint direct twice, to include to the manager (supposedly), Mr Khailm Broad, but they have apparently chosen to ignore it so no response at all. This is a very poor version of customer service and according to the Consumers Rights Act 2015, I and Trading Standards feel I have a claim to be heard and actioned as, according to this law, I am entitled to have this work done in reasonable time.WARNING: If booking with a general company like 'Compare Parking', make sure you specify NOT to use Stanstead Meet & Greet or Safe Meet & Greet as they will RIP YOU OFF
