Spent 40 min waiting to hand in keys as only 2 people working at the deskat 4am .Queue was at least 30 people almost missed flight. The return experience was even worse. Arrived back at 1.50am to collect our car only to be told it wouldn’t be available for at least another hour. Other customers were in the same situation including families with young children. As paying customers who specifically chose the meet and greet service for its supposed convenience and premium standard we received a service that was far below expectations. it would have been cheaper ,quicker and far less stressful to use the long stay car park instead. The manager did come out to apologise stating there were staff shortages but he also claimed M&G was not a premium service and that it was cheaper than other options, which is blatantly untrue.
