Furthermore, I was appalled to find that the drivers responsible for returning the vehicle appeared intoxicated, with noticeable alcohol Odor emanating from their persons and the vehicle. Driver has also been smoking in my vehicle.I have attached photographic evidence of the damages and the condition of the vehicle upon return for your review.Additional Concerns:• The drivers refused to present their identification or valid driving licenses when requested.• The drivers fled the scene upon my questioning, and I have reported this incident to the police. A CAD reference number has been obtained for the report filed with Essex Police.• I also wish to highlight that this incident is part of a pattern of similar complaints, including scratched, damaged, and written-off vehicles, as evidenced by multiple negative reviews online.
