Many thanks for your response which just reiterates to me that you have no real desire to listen to the majority of your customers, that are not satisfied, nor any wish to improve your service and offer a value for money quality service.Why don’t you as standard practice have an inspection sheet and pictures of every car you collect? Of course, so you can hide behind small print on your website and blame your customers implying they’re stupid and tough luck...........,... do they sack you if you apologise for damaging someone’s car?!This company’s values and ethos is to misrepresent, mislead and provide no customer service at all - the website gives the impression as an almost official supplier but nothing of the sort not linked at all.Only luck can give you a positive experience with this Co; small print and extra costs hidden everywhere - they avoid noting a cars condition and often return with dents and marks they accept no tedponsibility or liability for.
