On returning from our holiday our flight was delayed and I assume a meet and greet service at an airport would be used to this? Well turned out one of your staff members thought it was acceptable to call me and tell me to “hurry up as he can’t wait for me to meet him” and also though it was ok to put my keys on the wheel arch and call up to say he actually can’t meet me as he is far to busy!!!! So there is me with two kids, a car somewhere in the car park that could easily be stolen and absolutely not a chance in hell I would ever use this service again!!
