The Star is for taking the payment and sending confirmation. Beware - fee does not include fee to deliver/collect from carpark meet point. My experience was a 43-minute wait (time to walk to other car parks) - alone in very dark carpark with no meetandgreet arrival/departure for the final 20 minutes. The service falls well short of expectation. I've sent 5 emails to the complaints department - not one has been answered.
