We tried to use Meta CAPIG. There is a bug on Stape.io side within our client account. Support confirmed the bug and put it in priority to developers for imidiate fix. Few days later I asked what is the status on the fix and support suggested not to wait and to move whole setup to another Meta CAPIG. I asked for instructions about that migration and support asked about additional clarification on this migration like they just heared it out of nowhere - let me remind you they suggested it 2 emails down the line. After exchanging several more emails they made the migration for us, but they completely forgot to move it within annual subscription plan. So now they are probably expecting us to pay for another annual subscription and just forget about existing one which is only few weeks active. Im not sure how to proceed. Very unprofessional and dismissive behavior.
