I placed an order on 1/11/25, and payment was taken immediately with assurance of delivery in a couple of days. As of 1/12/25, I still have not received my items! I emailed with no reply, and when I called two weeks ago, they promised to resend my items, but nothing has arrived. I can't reach them by phone, and they don't respond to emails. The service is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it. This is truly disappointing.
