I paid nearly $100 and got nothing back. Not even an email or receipt for my payment. I have tried emailing them to follow up and had no reply to that other than a formatted - we will get back to you soon reply.I am now in the process of trying to get the payment reversed with my bank. There is no contact number on their website and when I go to FAQ - it says to type in your order number to make an enquiry which I can't do because I never received an order number. My Dads 80th birthday is in 2 days and now I am $100 short and no present. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM AT ALL
