Expired information provided in confirmation letter and where to view star isn't available online an

The confirmation letter and details of where to view your star on Google sky is no longer available online. The website it goes into detail describing went off-line August 2024. The star purchase and certificate was nice, if legit. But it would be great to get an up to date set of instructions sent out with confirmation letter etc and not a website that went off-line nearly 1 year ago

Great Service

Well I ordered the wrong thing - but didn't realise until it was too late - I tried using the support portal, but cyber space stole the response and I received the item in the mail. However a second round e-mail - received a response and now all sorted with the right product.

I paid nearly $100 and got nothing…

I paid nearly $100 and got nothing back. Not even an email or receipt for my payment. I have tried emailing them to follow up and had no reply to that other than a formatted - we will get back to you soon reply.I am now in the process of trying to get the payment reversed with my bank. There is no contact number on their website and when I go to FAQ - it says to type in your order number to make an enquiry which I can't do because I never received an order number. My Dads 80th birthday is in 2 days and now I am $100 short and no present. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THEM AT ALL
