This location is undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced, both in terms of management and overall service. The staff seems entirely disconnected from reality and lacks any understanding of fair treatment. The manager appears to side with her team without question, completely oblivious to the issues at hand. It's evident that the environment is heavily female-dominated, and if you're a man raising any concerns, you're likely to be ignored. I witnessed a situation where a homeless woman, clearly under the influence, was allowed to occupy a space with numerous bags while being disruptive. When I politely asked if I could use an outlet she was hogging, I was met with hostility and was asked to leave, despite being a paying customer. The store itself is disorganized, with many outlets not functioning for weeks. In this instance, I was shouted at by this woman, who had no right to claim the outlet as her own. The staff took her side immediately without even understanding the situation, and I was unfairly treated as a result. It felt like a clear case of bias against me because of my gender. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.
