I was driving and spot a Starbucks yesterday because I am craving for a Java chip. The place was fine and the staff were nice to me.
But the only thing that annoyed me was it took longer than i expected to get just one drink.

The drink itself mate. No question about it ..its good!!
But the problem here is the time I wasted waiting...
This just happen one time so hopefully next time they will be better.

Absolutely awful place to eat they have absolutely no brain cells about allergens and I was told by their barista that they serve “absolutely no cakes that is milk free” and not other than being apologetic about it they were rude and sounded proud that there wasn’t any cakes that were milk free. “All they serve is food and drinks that taste factory made” is what I overheard someone say as we were ordered out by the staff. It cant compete with other coffee shops that sever allergen free food like Caffè Nero. Pret A Manger and Costa. If you want to go to a coffee shop go to cafe Nero or pret instead of this coffee shop scandal. 1 Star.

i’m honestly lost for words. i just received my iced coffee which i have been looking forward to. and i go to take a sip and the LID FALLS OFF. the iced coffee falls down my top and the iced is inside my clothes . i’m so mad if you are going to work in a coffee shop (which speaks volumes about the work ethic of the worker ) you should at least know how to shut a cup. it was at the polmadie starbucks in glasgow and the worker was a blonde woman with glasses . not only did the drink spill but when i asked for napkins to help me the took 10 minutes to get them and didn’t even say sorry. please sort this out because i wouldn’t wish the feeling of ice inside your top on anyone not even my worst enemy (i would wish it on the worker though )

I will NEVER purchase coffee from this company.

I will NEVER purchase coffee from this company. They openly claimed they do not support our troops when approached for assistance. They may oppose war, but not supporting our troops is a stance I cannot agree with. The quality of their coffee is poor and excessively priced. There are far better options available.

Disappointing Experience at the Local Coffee Shop

I am sharing a disappointing experience I had at a coffee shop while picking up a delivery order. Upon entering, I was greeted by an employee but felt my response was too quiet. I waited patiently for my order, and during that time, other customers came in, yet no one acknowledged my presence or asked about my delivery. After around 20 minutes, I was the only one left in the shop. I overheard employees having an unprofessional conversation that was quite humiliating. One asked, “What’s he waiting on?” to which another replied, “I don’t know, he didn’t speak after I greeted him.” This was followed by dismissive comments about my wait. Hearing this was extremely disrespectful and indicated that the staff were deliberately ignoring me instead of assisting. I was finally acknowledged after 26 minutes and chose to leave at that point. This experience showcased a significant lack of professionalism, communication, and awareness of customer needs. As a delivery driver, time is essential, and respectful interaction should be a given. For improvement, it would be beneficial for staff to proactively inquire about deliveries, ensure that internal discussions remain private, train to clarify misunderstandings rather than make assumptions, and prioritize customer service and respect. Due to this incident, I will avoid this coffee shop in the future and will not accept any delivery orders from this location. I hope management considers this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to enhance the experience for others.

Great coffee, but the price is a concern.

We enjoy your coffee, but the cost is quite high. I received an email today stating that I won a contest for free coffee for life! However, I only won 10 stars. What can I do with just a fraction of a cup of coffee???

Extremely Poor Management and Unfair Treatment

This location is undoubtedly the worst I have ever experienced, both in terms of management and overall service. The staff seems entirely disconnected from reality and lacks any understanding of fair treatment. The manager appears to side with her team without question, completely oblivious to the issues at hand. It's evident that the environment is heavily female-dominated, and if you're a man raising any concerns, you're likely to be ignored. I witnessed a situation where a homeless woman, clearly under the influence, was allowed to occupy a space with numerous bags while being disruptive. When I politely asked if I could use an outlet she was hogging, I was met with hostility and was asked to leave, despite being a paying customer. The store itself is disorganized, with many outlets not functioning for weeks. In this instance, I was shouted at by this woman, who had no right to claim the outlet as her own. The staff took her side immediately without even understanding the situation, and I was unfairly treated as a result. It felt like a clear case of bias against me because of my gender. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

Limited menu options and poor quality

The digital menu had very few items, and they couldn't locate a physical menu. I ordered a hot chocolate with milk chocolate, but it turned out to be bitter dark chocolate. They swapped it for a white hot chocolate that was nearly undrinkable. The ham and swiss croissant was soggy. The place has around 12 tables and seats, but I won't be returning.

Need for more diabetic-friendly options

The company should expand its range of sugar-free, diabetic-friendly coffee drinks. We truly enjoy the service, but dietary restrictions make it hard to indulge. Regular tea and plain coffee can feel repetitive and are easy to make at home, which reduces the desire to visit the company.

Lack of sugar-free options

The company needs to provide a wider selection of sugar-free, diabetic-friendly coffee options. We have a strong appreciation for the service, but once dietary needs arise, it becomes challenging to enjoy. Basic tea and plain coffee can be rather dull and are easily made at home, which diminishes the incentive to visit the company.
