As a long time content creator and voice actor I was told by many pals to try out a high end gaming PC from StarForge Systems...
After I saved up and bought this PC it weighed a TON but I got it on my desk and was ready to game and make YouTube videos, stream on Twitch and voice act again.
Sadly half of my programs (yes even Task Manager and Discord) were crashing.
I got in touch with JERICHO at customer service, super kind and professional helped me troubleshoot all of the problems that it could be... After Sherlocking the options we came to the conclusion that Windows 11 needs reinstalled.
I then got an awesome phone call with PETE in customer care who walked me through the steps (even tho stuff like this feels like open heart surgery to me) and helped me get everything prepared.
After my PC failed to go to the boot window PETE asked if my monitors were plugged in to the correct ports. I said "Of course, the ones by the USBs" he chuckled and told me about the ports by the motherboard. I plugged my 2 monitors into those and lo and behold my PC is running absolutely amazing.
I can play any game I throw at it and am back up and running again!
