I’ve been wanting a PC since I was a kid. Haven’t been able to afford one until I got a job of my own and when I finally did, all the options just seemed so expensive… until I stumbled onto Starforge. Their core series is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Excellent price, excellent performance, excellent quality, 3 things that you genuinely can’t find anywhere else. I’ve been glued to it since it arrived (in a healthy way), and I’m not sure how I’ve gone this long without it. Thank you Starforge ily.
I was worried that I might not receive my items because the delivery service claimed my address didn’t exist (despite having received packages from them without issue before). I reached out to the support team, and they proactively provided me with all the necessary details to ensure everything was accurate. They even coordinated with the delivery service for one last attempt to prevent my packages from being mistakenly returned. Just a note for those outside the US: shipments are very well packaged, and all taxes are prepaid, so you can focus on receiving your items.
I rate the customer support 5 out of 5. They assisted me in resolving several issues, and I believe none were due to the system's fault. They provided a comprehensive report on how to address the concerns and even followed up to ensure everything was functioning well.
There was a hardware issue with my CPU and to be honest I did not think Starforge would help me for virtually free, but they did. It was under warranty, thankfully. Although the process was long and confusing to this middle aged lady, the help I got via email was top tier. I will continue to do business with this company because their care of me and my computer went above and beyond my expectations. They were open to feedback I had and are clearly continually working to improve the customer experience. 10/10 would purchase again
What makes the experience with Starforge Systems so great aside from their physical products is their CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I made a purchase for a computer over 2 years ago, one of the fans bearings is going out so I emailed Customer Service this morning and got a reply literally within the hour. Secondly, they didn’t have to ask me for any additionally information and was extremely quick to start generating solutions. The thing is, is that even after 2 YEARS, they treated me as if I was a brand new purchasing client. Additionally, I was only charged $10 for the new Fan they were sending me, mind you this is AFTER my warranty ended back in AUGUST !With Tech Companies, it’s hard to even get a reply let alone a whole solution within not even 2 hours of your initial inquiry.Like I told Jericho their AMAZING customer service rep, Starforge Systems NEVER fails to impress me with their product and service.Thank you so much Starforge Systems & thank you SOOOO MUCH JERICHO !!!!!
One of the cables was completely unplugged from the motherboard which took some time to find/figure out, you guys have a sticky square frame that sits on top of you CPU cooler on your company's logo, it fell off within a day or two and sat on my gpu for a awhile before I noticed. Also this might be a me thing but why do you guys not have rgb software already on the PC so people can customize it. Most brands advertise that as soon as you get the PC on, rainbow colors suck, I wanna theme a PC. Other than that the PC components do their job. But for the price I wish I didn't have to figure out/deal with the latter
This is the 2nd computer I've ordered through StarForge and both times it was fantastic.First was for my BF and second was for my son's 16thIll be buying my next personal PC for gaming early next year. Service was great Product was greatJust wish they had bigger haed drives. Like 2TB or 4TB for gaming
