I wrote the below in quotes yesterday. I left them a message on their answering machine. This morning I got a phonecall, they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me an email option to submit my claim. A very pleasant surprise! I will add a note here about the outcome of my claim. "I bought a TheRock saucepan with glass lid that warped after a single low heat use. I tried to make a warranty claim. Their webpage for registering the warranty and for submitting a claim do not work. They can not be contacted by phone, as there is only an answering machine."
