Very awful people to deal with. My pots have black spots in the metal. They would not send me new ones until I destroyed the old ones. But there was no guarantee when I would receive the new ones and I had no other pots to use. I said I would send them pictures of pots destroyed as soon as I got new ones but that wasn't good enough for starfrit. Will never by from this company again.

The Starfrit 5 Speed hand mixer is a delight to use after having my old Betty Crocker for many years! Bonus Starfrit also has dough hook attachments for bread 🍞 making. Wow cannot wait to try this! Thanks for making my life easier and tastier! :)
Just purchased the Starfrit glass kettle and there are several things that were apparent straight away.First, nice design, second, quiet whilst heating the water, third, easy and safe pouring and boils very fast.I would recommend this product.
I like the size of the Grill and Panini press. Just dont like there is no way to turn it on or off. Once you plug it in, it stays on until you unplug it. I don't feel safe leaving it. So you really have to keep checking your food constantly. I thought there would be an on and off switch. It works but not happy with the process. I cooked a chicken breast and it was crispy outside but dry inside. Didn't take long at all to cook. But once I checked the internal temperature to be done at. It still was dry. Sadly. I'll just use it as the Panini press for sandwiches. Not grilling meats on it.
