We received a 10 piece Rock Cookware set as a gift about 2-3 years ago. We had a pot lid explode for which we contacted Starfrit. We had also sent photos of this pot lid along with photos of the pots showing the nonstick bottoms wearing. The pot lid was replaced no problem, along with an offer of a gift(s). However no consideration for the nonstick wear even though they do have a warranty. Because this was a gift we didn't have a receipt for proof of purchase date, also noted on the website purchases can be registered. People need to be aware to hold on to receipts if possible, and to register purchases for warranty purposes. Thank you for the replacement lid and extra gift, for sure when we purchase or receive gifts in the future we will register.
