Just purchased my 2nd Heritage The Rock electric skillet. I must say the quality of the latest skillet I bought is questionable. I love the 1st one and is great!!! (I use it at my trailer ) Haven't used it yet just got it yesterday but hopefully it works as well as the 1st one
