Customer service is horrible for their warranty dept. 3 months saying they would replace. Then no accused us of using abrasive chemicals dropping them and using a fork. We hand wash with sensitive soap , and silicone utensils . Lids warped. Just a bad batch cost $400. No one would call me back and correspondence was robotic. Shame on them for offering a warranty so people choose them and not honouring and insulting the consumer .
