Very awful people to deal with. My pots have black spots in the metal. They would not send me new ones until I destroyed the old ones. But there was no guarantee when I would receive the new ones and I had no other pots to use. I said I would send them pictures of pots destroyed as soon as I got new ones but that wasn't good enough for starfrit. Will never by from this company again.
