Deposited and won quite a substantial amount and had no problems withdrawing, then won a smaller amount and tried to withdrawl before realising that had put a block on my account and I was to reply to an email that I never got. Customer support is diabolical as any emails I have sent I have to receive a reply to yet and despite claiming to have online chat, I cannot locate this, I just want to withdraw my balance and close my account

I deposit a lot of money into All Star games, finally get a decent win then they ask me too verify my account and send verification details through their verification site online. Well short of sending everything I own to verify myself I have sent numerous items, bills, passport, driving licence etc. everytime comes back rejected. No contact number, states they have a live site too chat! Crap! Can't get through too anyone! Customer service terrible! Been 2 weeks now and no further forward. Won't recommend anyone using this site! I just got a reply from star games and they are still saying they have a live chat!! Please star games show me were the Live chat is?
