Extremely disappointing claims service. I received two negative responses regarding my claim. I was hospitalized for three days due to a severe fever, and the hospital reached out to my insurance provider. Despite submitting all required documents, I received no response or claim approval. This appears to be an insurance group solely focused on profits. I strongly advise against trusting this company. When I called customer support with inquiries, I was met with the same scripted responses repeatedly. Absolutely the worst experience.
