A poor company which is becoming rich just making fool of people. I faced incident when 90 percent expenses of treatment denied only about 10 percent given equal to premium paid how ridiculous the previous years of bitter experience is not retrievable i.e. Dec 2017 therefore i had to opt available date.
This insurance is extremely disappointing. Customer support is very inadequate. Don't be fooled by the advertisements. The agent is consistently unavailable, and the claims department provides no answers to inquiries. Most of the customer service representatives seem to lack understanding of basic questions. It's a disorganized situation, driven by marketing tactics. We cannot recommend this insurance provider. After my cataract surgery, I found myself running around endlessly.

I wish there was a way to give this company negative stars. They should either require a health check report during policy enrollment or process claims based on that report. They frequently deny claims, claiming pre-existing conditions that aren't accurate. Avoid this insurance at all costs; it's a major headache on top of already dealing with health issues.

This company bombards you with marketing calls, texts, and messages. Blocking one number leads to receiving communications from another. It's alarming how they obtain personal information without consent. I’ve never used their services and never will, given the constant spamming. Such aggressive marketing tactics only push me further away from considering their services.
I am sharing my genuine experience with this company. It’s one of the worst I've dealt with in my life. They lack ethics and seem focused solely on deceiving customers for profit. The stress and harassment they cause make you wish you'd never engaged with their services. It's an utterly fraudulent operation.
