I’d rate this company 0/5. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When the agents wanted us to sign up they were very sweet, accommodating and asked just basic
questions. I repeat, just basic. Unfortunately, my family signed up. After few months my granny got sick and was admitted. Guess what, they didn’t approve the claim. My grandpa,
in his old age, visited and called multiple times, first of all the calls weren’t answered but when they were there was a specific representative who was wayyyyy tooo rude with my grandfather. He even started abusing him verbally. Is this what you call customer service??? Legit WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They NEED TO BE TRAINED. This company has not passed two claims for my family members and have provided legit vague excuses every single time. Each and every positive review on the website seems utterly fake and fabricated. Even when I escalated this there was no resolution provided instead the dumb agents kept on repeating same thing and then they have the audacity to type “ We’re regret to hear about your experience and understand your concern. We would like to review this matter in detail. Please share your policy number and contact details with us via direct message or email” Guess what, I did & yet your entire team failed to help my family. We pay for insurance thinking that in emergency we’re secured financially but no with Star insurance policy that’s not the case. You pay pay and pay but when it’s time for them to pass your claim they will just give you an irrelevant excuse and try their level best to deny it. I highly recommend innocent consumers of India to NOT BE FOOLED by this agency and always go ahead with the reputed companies. Really worsttttt experience ever, I’d never let anyone fall for this scam again.
