I got very worst experience from Star health insurance
I got admitted with my son
In my policy it was mention to get a private AC room
But at the time of approval I got the approval of this only rs 300/- per day
How while staying in kol a AC private room will cost rs 300/-
It's completely fraud
And customer service is completly pathetic
They don't support you at all
After n number of calls also they will not support you
It's completely fraud
Please don't got admitted with the mindset that you are having a mediclaim. They will make you fool.
And snatch your pocket....
