Ordered my Starlink paid my one time administration fee of $19.95 received the product. It was late shipping. Installed the product had paid all of the billing that was sent to me. The signal would connect and then it would disconnect it would not stay connected unless you reset the router. Call customer support was hung up on because I was trying to get an explanation why they needed an additional $400 from me to turn my Wi-Fi on even though I’ve paid my monthly subscription and my one time startup fee. Called back then I was called called an idiot by the support team. His name was Patrick. I requested to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. I called back. They hung up on me again now I am trying to cancel and I’m getting pushed back on that because they only want to refund me $27 even though I paid $147 plus the $19.95 plus the $65 for the pipe bracket the math doesn’t add up now. I am left with no Internet because I canceled with my previous provider because I figured I would get better Internet connection with Starlink. Recommend asking lots of questions before signing up. Absolute worst customer service I’ve received.
