Just got my starlink in the mail and I am blow away with how amazing the download and upload speed is my latency on cod is 25! And the download speed is well over 400 mbps I had explorenet before this and they are horrible with downloads speeds in the 25 mbps range highly recommend switching to starlink!

Do not recommend Starlink

Ordered my Starlink paid my one time administration fee of $19.95 received the product. It was late shipping. Installed the product had paid all of the billing that was sent to me. The signal would connect and then it would disconnect it would not stay connected unless you reset the router. Call customer support was hung up on because I was trying to get an explanation why they needed an additional $400 from me to turn my Wi-Fi on even though I’ve paid my monthly subscription and my one time startup fee. Called back then I was called called an idiot by the support team. His name was Patrick. I requested to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. I called back. They hung up on me again now I am trying to cancel and I’m getting pushed back on that because they only want to refund me $27 even though I paid $147 plus the $19.95 plus the $65 for the pipe bracket the math doesn’t add up now. I am left with no Internet because I canceled with my previous provider because I figured I would get better Internet connection with Starlink. Recommend asking lots of questions before signing up. Absolute worst customer service I’ve received.

No updates and delays

Ordered on 29 Jan, saying delivery estimate 06th to 10th of Feb, so far not even shipped yet and no way to have info on how long takes. Absolutely disappointed as from a Trillion £ company you gonna expect a bit more professional responses

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Bought a mini for a deployment. While I had it locked away to get shipped overseas they locked my email out of my account. I reached out to try and get access to my account asking them to drop my subscription from unlimited to 100g and they never responded other than some Artificial help desk and continued to charge me full rate. Very disappointing.

Customer service is abhorrent

Customer service is abhorrent. I tried to pause my subscription the day that my bill occured and they said that they couldn't refund the bill that they just charge me hours before. Now I am paying for an internet service I wanted to pause for this month, instead of using. Wanna know their response? Thats not our fault you chose to pay for the subscription this month.No grace and no care for their customers reflects a lot about the business practices happening inside this company.

Avoid.. extremely disappointed, admired Elons business model and achievements for years. Decided to use an innovated product, what a pile of dog sh!t.. no-one to contact apart from a biased AI tool. After reading other views, I’m now expecting to be victim of multiple unauthorised charges. A real sham..
