Customer service is abhorrent

Customer service is abhorrent. I tried to pause my subscription the day that my bill occured and they said that they couldn't refund the bill that they just charge me hours before. Now I am paying for an internet service I wanted to pause for this month, instead of using. Wanna know their response? Thats not our fault you chose to pay for the subscription this month.No grace and no care for their customers reflects a lot about the business practices happening inside this company.
