They're a scam. I mean, the product is legit, but they are pulling every scheme to take your money and lower your quality of service. The standby mode used to include roam up to 80mph, which is now no longer the case, after so many of us purchased it for this exact reason. They have new terms that you can no longer keep your device on standby mode for 12 consecutive months, or else you will either face a fine to resume service, or forced to up your plan, and all "standby" mode services will be disabled. They roped thousands of us into buying it thinking that standby mode works in motion, only to cancel it after removing all promotions to purchase the device itself. Terrible support, 0 way to contact besides their ticket service. All around a terrible company that is only out there for your money. When my free credit is up, im either selling my device or deactivating it until they change. And this may happen sooner if they decide to pause or try to charge me for being in standby mode. That literally defeats the purpose of the standby mode itself. Crooks.
